Add-ons are special, discounted items that complement the monthly theme. They are available for all of our subscriptions and memberships during specific times per month!
Add-on credits are credits that you can use to buy add-ons, and you can get them by selecting the "redeem" option rather than a monthly theme.
To choose your add-ons:
- Check to see if you are within your subscription/membership add-on period.
Premium: 1st - 10th of the month
- Log in to your account (steps outlined HERE) and click on the "Subscription Settings." If you are within the add-on period, the add-ons will show.
- Click the "Choose addon" button to add the add-on to your order. Click the "-" sign to take off any add-ons you do not want.
- Check to see your total by selecting the "PAY INVOICE" button at the bottom of the screen.
- Please note: Once you click the "Choose addon" button, the add-on will be saved for you. If you do not click the "-" sign before the choosing period is over, you will be charged and sent those add-ons* (we cannot cancel the add-ons after the add-on period ends). Add-ons do not have a confirmation email. Shipping is waived if you choose add-ons along with a box theme - more information HERE.

Premium Box Subscribers:
- Choosing: From the 1st-10th of that month
- *Payment: If you would like to purchase add-on items, we will charge you by the 12th of that month. If for some reason the charge does not go through, we will send an invoice to your email. All add-on charges must be paid for by the date mentioned in the email to ensure that your products will be sent to you. If you pay after the date or there is a payment error, the add-on items will not be shipped.

If you have add-on credits, please remember to use them during your add-on period before you cancel an account! We cannot offer refunds or transfer the credits to another account.
We do not accept returns or refunds on add-on products.
