Artisan Box Subscribers: We are happy to exchange any items that you are unhappy with. As long as the items are not used and it is within 60 days of delivery, you can send them back to us for a replacement. At this time, we ask that you pay for return shipping, but we will happily send an exchange or refund at no extra cost. Please send an email to email@example.com to let us know if you would like to exchange something.
To ensure you are happy with your box every month, we release spoilers during the weeks leading up to shipment. Please make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram if you want to get these spoilers!
If you find you are not interested in the products we are offering for the month, you have the option to skip a month or choose a different theme! These options are available in your subscription settings between the 1st and 10th of the month.
Club Subscribers: We cannot accept any exchanges for your monthly items. Please be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for spoilers and/or log into your "Subscription Settings" to see the item for the current month.
