Premium subscription boxes begin shipping on the 26th of every month (the exact day boxes go out varies since our boxes are shipped in batches). Please note, shipping is sometimes taking longer than usual at the moment due to COVID-19 which has caused reduced capacity at our warehouse as well as unexpected delays from closures of borders in our supplier countries. You’ll receive a tracking number to let you know when your box has shipped.
We update your account settings to include your shipment notifications and shipping information as soon as we receive it. We use a fulfillment center and they make sure that we are sending out our packages as soon as they are ready to go. If you would like to know how long it will take to arrive, please take a look here. Arrival dates will differ depending on location.
If you log into your Globein.com account, click "Me" on the top-right corner, and choose "Subscription Settings" from the drop-down menu. On the Subscription Settings page, you will see your tracking information.
For U.S. customers, we use FEDEX for our shipping and in some cases clicking the link will send you to USPS. Simply open a search browser and type in FED EX TRACKING and copy your tracking number from www.globein.com and input it into the box on the web page and select track package. That will give you the latest update on where your package is. Sometimes we are delayed a day our two based on possibly waiting for items.
