Being a very small startup we try and focus our resources as optimally as possible. We have found that it is very difficult for us to manage the number of phone calls that we receive while handling the myriad of other channels that our community contact us through. Instead of frustrating our community with not answering their calls, we have done away with phone support and handle all of our customer communications via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes but have found we are better able to give our community prompt service that way. As we continue to grow we will always be looking for a time that we feel we can handle phone calls.
