Welcome to the GlobeIn community! We want to make sure that you have all the information to get started, and we recommend reading the information below to get the most out of your GlobeIn experience.
Here are 10 steps that will assist you with the journey:
- Log in to your account. For instructions, click here. Please note that the login is for your GlobeIn subscription account, and any Artisan Shop purchases will not be shown in the account.
- Note which type of subscription you have. These links have great information such as when you'll be receiving your first box, what types of items you might receive, and credit redeem options.
- Note when your billing date is here. Please note that shipping is not included in the subscription price. For more information, take a look here.
- Double check your shipping address (we are not able to reroute shipments at this time).
- Double check to see if you signed up for a 1-time subscription or a recurring one here.

- Types of subscriptions
- Premium: Subscription box with 4+ curated items. (only subscription where you can choose a theme).
- Essential: Membership for add-on credit (default) OR 1 curated item.
- Account terms:
- Sub: Subscription.
- Skip: Pause your subscription for a month. (Only available for Premium subs).
- Theme: For Premium subs, you can choose themes each month between the 1st-10th. You can look through some of the past themes here.
- Add-ons: Discounted items that subscribers can purchase on designated dates. (Premium: 1st-10th)(Essential: 20th-last day of the month)
- Cancel: Unsubscribe.

- Know when your order will ship! Essential Subscriptions ship out around the 8th of the month and Premium Subscriptions will ship out by the 25th. You will receive a tracking number when your order leaves our shipment facility.
- Just in case you need to cancel one day, please take a look here to learn about the cancellation policy. Please note that subscription payments and/or remaining add-on credits will not be refunded or rolled over to other accounts.
