Welcome to the GlobeIn community! We want to make sure that you have all the information to get started, and we recommend reading the information below to get the most out of your GlobeIn experience.
Here are 10 steps that will assist you with the journey:
1. Logging In: Log in to your account. For instructions, click here. Please note that the login is for your Premium subscription account only. Any Artisan Shop or Maven Rewards will not be shown in this particular account. However, you can switch over to view your Maven Membership from within your account.
3. Shipping Address: Double check your shipping address. If you need to change your address, you must do so before the 15th of the month (we are not able to reroute shipments at this time).
4. Prepaid or Recurring: Double check to see if you signed up for a 1-time subscription or a recurring one here.
6. Lingo: Learn the GlobeIn lingo!
- Premium: The type of subscription you have that offers a monthly box and access to the Artisan Fair and VIP sales.
- Skip: Pause your subscription for a month.
- Theme: For Premium subscriptions, you can choose themed boxes in the Artisan Fair each month between the 1st-15th. You can look through some of the past themes here.
- Artisan Fair: Discounted items and themed boxes that subscribers can purchase between the 1st-15th.
- Maven Money: Credits within your Premium subscription which can be used on the Artisan Fair and VIP sale items.
- Cancel: Unsubscribe
- Artisan Shop: Marketplace that is accessible by everyone, all the time, and offers Artisan Boxes for one-time purchases as well as many of the same items that are available to subscribers as discounted Artisan Fair items. Purchases in the Artisan Shop are separate from your subscription, however you can transfer your Maven Money to an Artisan Shop gift card! Learn how here.
7. Shipping Dates: Know when your order will ship! Premium subscription orders begin shipping around the 26th of the month. You should receive a tracking email once your box ships out.
8. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Just in case you need to cancel one day, please take a look at our cancellation policy here. Please note that subscription payments and/or remaining Maven Money will not be refunded or rolled over to other accounts. However, you can transfer your Maven Money over to an Artisan Shop Gift Card! Learn how to do that here. You can read more about our Return and/or Exchange policy here.
9. Impact: See the impact that you're making on communities all around the world here! We're a member of the Fair Trade Federation, and every GlobeIn product is ethically produced and designed by artists in many countries—your purchase empowers artisans around the world!
