We are happy to exchange a Premium Box item that you are unhappy with. As long as the item is not used and it is within 60 days of delivery, you can send an item back to us for a replacement. At this time, we ask that you pay for return shipping, but we will happily send an exchange or refund on an item at no extra cost if so. Please send an email to email@example.com to let us know if you would like to exchange something. We are not able to do returns on the whole box.
To ensure you are happy with your box every month, we release spoilers during the weeks leading up to shipment. Please make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram if you want to get these spoilers!
If you find you are not interested in the products we are offering for the month, you have the option to skip a month or choose a different theme! These options are available in your subscription settings between the 1st and 10th of the month.
