We can exchange an item from the Premium Box that you are unhappy with. Please note that items that are labeled as assorted cannot be exchanged for a specific color or design.
As long as the item is in new condition and it is within 30 days of the tracking delivery, you can send an item back to us for a replacement (as supplies last). At this time, we ask that you arrange and pay for the return shipping tracking, but we will happily send an exchange or refund on an item at no extra cost if so. Please send an email to email@example.com to initiate the process and we will send you the return address. We are not able to do returns on the whole box or on add-ons.
To ensure you are happy with your box every month, we release spoilers during the weeks leading up to shipment. Please make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram if you want to get these spoilers!
If you find you are not interested in the products we are offering for the month, you have the option to skip a month or choose a different theme! These options are available in your subscription settings between the 1st and 10th of the month.
