Pricing: 
- $40* for a monthly subscription
- $114* for a 3-month subscription
- $210* for a 6-month subscription
- $396* for a 12-month subscription

Example pricing for a Nevada resident with a monthly subscription:
- 1st month: $40 for a monthly subscription + free shipping + no additional tax = $40
- 2nd month: $40 for a monthly subscription + $10 shipping + no additional tax = $50
- 3rd month: $40 for a monthly subscription + $10 shipping + no additional tax = $50
